Chakras For Beginners
#chakras for beginners
The physical structure of our body is said to contain 100s of chakras. It is believed by experts that these chakras are instrumental to the proper function of our entire system (in chakras for beginners our system refers to mind body and soul) . A Chakra or “ rotating wheels” are also said to absorb energy from our surrounding and can be affected by the emotions and wellbeing of others. This energy has intelligence of its own and can be in the form of light, sound and colour vibrations. If you are in a healthy environment surrounded by healthy people the likelihood is that you will absorb good useful clean energy. if not, the energy can be dirty and stagnated and can have a serious impact on your health. Quite often when people moods vary from moment to moment without understanding why, this is the cause.
Although their are many chakras in the body their are seven key chakras which most spiritual systems concern themselves with. These seven chakras are associated with a colour, aspect of temperament and a physical body part. They are located along the spin from the base or coccyx to the crown of the head. Each chakra has an impact on the mind body and spirit. The importance of chakras to an individuals health and wellbeing can not be understated as each chakra is linked directly to its own gland, which has a key function in maintaining physical balance.
The seven key locations of the chakras are the base, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and the crown. When their is ill health or emotional discomfort on any level associated with these areas, the energy which emanates from the chakras will be dirty and sometimes stagnant, and will have a detrimental effect to your physical vitality. Symptoms of these imbalances can be felt not just on a physical level but may also be felt emotionally.
Alternative healing systems seek to restore health by restoring balance to the particular associated chakra or chakras. many methods can be used to do this some are sound therapy, colour therapy, acupuncture, physical exercise, dietary changes, and hands on systems such as reiki and qi gong.
